Quality Objectives:
- Sales and production volume of products (clinker+cement): At least 2,150,000 tons
- To get the certificate of Quality Mangement System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 before the end of August
- To make the education & training plan and carry out on schedule
- To maintain equipment by applying check list and curriculum vitae
- To carry out the internal quality audit periodically (1 time / 6 months)
- To evaluate the production cost, process efficiency and quality periodically (1 time/month)
- To evaluate the customer satisfaction periodically ( 1 time/3 months)
- To carry out the corrective and preventive action within 1 month after the recognition
ISO 9001:2000:
 Nghi Son Cement becomes famous for its PCB 40 excellent quality. But less people know that the consistent quality management system is applied to the whole Company’s operation throughout our offices and facilities.
Friendly Environmental Production:
 The advanced technology of Nghi Son Cement Plant can meet reliably even the most demanding environmental requirement. And still, we keep close eye on air emission from our production. Regular sample collection, analysis and subsequent monitoring report are made on quarterly basis. Results are satisfactory to both maximum levels imposed by the World Bank Group/International Finance Corporation as well as regulatory limits set by Vietnamese authorities.
Ship management:
 Nghi Son Cement introduced the new standard for Vietnam cement and maritime business with our ship management. In cooperation with leading shipping companies in Vietnam we safely operate two bulk cement carriers (Development & Heritage) between Nghi Son and Hiep Phuoc D/T and two tug boats at our Jetty in Nghi Son. This allows us achieving more stable supply to the South market and potential international trading operation in future. |
